From Ramona to GOLDEN EAGLE FARM turnoff: See detail map 1 and detail map 2. (Turnoff is 9.7 miles east of the intersection of Hwy 67 and 78 in downtown Ramona. ) From the intersection of Hwy 67 and 78 in downtown Ramona, go 9.7 miles EAST on 78 to the entrance of GOLDEN EAGLE FARM. (When you see a sign on the left for the Flying T Ranch you will be about .4 miles east of the turnoff.) Turn left at the big GOLDEN EAGLE FARM sign.

From Julian and Santa Ysabel to GOLDEN EAGLE FARM turnoff: (Turnoff is 5.5 miles west of Dudley’s Bakery in Santa Ysabel.) Take 78 WEST from Julian and Santa Ysabel. When you see a fire station sign on the right, you will be .2 miles west of the turnoff. Turn right at the big GOLDEN EAGLE FARM sign.

From GOLDEN EAGLE FARM turnoff to COWHORSE RANGH: GOLDEN EAGLE FARM extends the entire length of Rancho Ballena Road. A large Golden Eagle sign and white fencing mark the turnoff. Rancho Ballena Road begins here, though it does not have a street sign. Continue down the road, which changes from pavement to an easy-drive dirt surface shortly after the turnoff. The road will “Y” twice. Both times, stay to the left. You will pass 4 driveways on your left. Watch for signs pointing the way. CowHorse Ranch is at the end of Rancho Ballena Road, on the left.
